We are world travelers preferring small boutique hotels but this was an unexpected pearl. Wow, the staff, ALL from housekeeping to restaurant staff were beyond professional and friendly. Sincerely welcoming in a way that is rare.

The master suite was so beautiful and spacious! The resort grounds were clean and all of the staff were extremely helpful and kind! Enjoyed the swim up bar at the pool.

The food was delicious, however I have food allergies and there weren't too many options for someone with fish allergies. Other than that everything was amazing. Staff was super friendly, Juveninto (sp?) our personal butler was amazing!

My family and I had the most wonderful time here. This was our first time at an all inclusive and the room, food and service exceeded our expectations. Our concierge Geronimo went above and beyond at every moment to look after us. As a queer family we were attracted to the hotel because of its positive ratings and we were not disappointed. On the occasion of being treated poorly by a staff member at the one restaurant on site not run by the hotel, the whole reserve team , especially our concierge, Geronimo, jumped into action to remedy the situation. We genuinely felt taken care of. We had an amazing Spa day and felt super relaxed and taken care of. The beach and area of ocean safe to swim in are magical. Away from the crowds of Cabo san Lucas the Paradisus is a gem of a hotel. We look forward to going back soon!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Juli (concierge) and Andres (beach) who were there helping whenever we needed them. The beach is inexpensive of the only ones in Cabi where you can swim. We had a little hiccup on our trip and needed medical attention and the doctor in the hotel was very helpful!

The Reserve was exactly what I needed. It’s a quiet escape. It’s not over programmed with activities but you can set yourself up for that if you want.

The staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were there for the 4th of July, and the fireworks by the beach were honestly amazing. The beach party that night was such a nice surprise—great vibe and well put together.
